Creations by faith takes pride in the products made and sold. It is the buyer's responsibility to properly care for their tack items. Leather is an animal hide that has oils and must be cared for to prolong the life of your tack. Leather must be cleaned with leather cleaning products only. Conchos can be washed with a mild soap and water to remove dirt. If buyer fails to care for their items it may lead to failure, leather cracking or breaking, conchos and spots corroding, chicago screws becoming loose, which may lead to dangerous situations for both horse and rider. Wipe down your tack items after use and store in a clean, dry environment.
Custom orders require 25% nonrefundable deposit when the order is placed. Quotes for your tack items are good for 30 days, if this time is exceeded before ordering, a new quote will be issued. Your order will be started once the downpayment is received. You will be given an estimated turn around time when ordering. Full payment is required within 2 weeks of completion of item or downpayment will be kept and item(s) can be put up for sale. Payment plans can be arranged and will be honored as long as payments are being made on time. Once the order is placed, changes to the order can not be made.
Items do have taxes and a 3% transaction fee. Transaction fee is waived if paid for with cash. Checks, money orders, and money wires are accepted for custom orders and items ship when the payment clears.
All items are sold as is and are non-refundable. Returns on custom orders are not accepted. Sizing and measurements are available for all in stock options. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they are purchasing the proper size for their animal. If requesting custom sizing it is the buyers responsibility to take and request the correct measurements.
Creations by faith will not be held responsible for tack failure while in use. Horses can be dangerous and unpredictable which causes many situations unable to be controlled by man. Creations by Faith will not be held responsible for accident, injury of horse or rider or others, or damage of property while tack is in use.
